Went in with my mum last week for a dress for my wedding in July. Was never worried about me finding my perfect dress but from day one I was worried about mum! Always in jeans, never anything fitted and hates shopping anyway, nightmare! Well we booked an appointment here and from moment we walked in I could tell mum felt at ease, lovely ladies in the shop, so chatty and friendly. Myself and my mum went today, no appointment made as we wasn’t sure of what we was looking for & didn’t realise how the shop worked with all those fabulous dresses upstairs, Sue, Emma & the team were all super friendly & welcoming nothing was too much trouble! We ended up with tea and Prosecco to celebrate saying yes to the mother of the bride dress! Such a fabulous experience I will definitely be returning to New image! Lovely people. #lovetokeepitlocal. Said yes to the Mother of the Bride dress today - thanks to Emma for fitting us in at short notice and taking good care of us. The dress is gorgeous and I’m so delighted.
Wow!! What a gorgeous shop. Alison and Emma are absolutely fantastic, they made my mum a Nan feel incredible. They are truly experts at what they do. My Nan and mum haven’t stopped talking about what a lovely experience they have had and they have both left with such beautiful dresses in readiness for the big day.
