I'm extremely disappointed with the dining table and chairs set I purchased. The quality was appalling, and I've never seen anything like it before. I strongly advise against shopping there, as they sell extremely cheap, low-quality items. Instead, opt for a reputable store. Their return policy is also questionable, and it seems like that's where they make their money. The customer service is subpar, with no respect for customers whatsoever. They're very rude, so it's best to avoid them altogether.
Extremely disappointed with New Idea Furniture. I purchased a 3-seater, 2-seater, and 1-seater fully leather lounge suite with 5 recliners and console (ID: 128189) less than a year the stitching has already started coming apart. I reported the issue to the supplier via email but have received no response whatsoever. At the time of purchase, the store confirmed a 5-year warranty on the leather and stitching and a 3-year warranty on the recliner motors, yet the product is already deteriorating.
