Extremely disappointed with New Idea Furniture. I purchased a 3-seater, 2-seater, and 1-seater fully leather lounge suite with 5 recliners and console (ID: 128189) less than a year the stitching has already started coming apart. I reported the issue to the supplier via email but have received no response whatsoever. At the time of purchase, the store confirmed a 5-year warranty on the leather and stitching and a 3-year warranty on the recliner motors, yet the product is already deteriorating. Very poor customer service, staff there are very rude
Very good service and very good staff i am happy so much ❤️
Bought a dining table from this place it’s beautiful but now we need to leave our rental place and move the dining table from Landsdale to Wangara storage unit and they are charging me $300 for a 5mins drive to move just the dining table. The problem we don’t know how to unscrew it and the delivery guy also doesn’t remember how he did it.
