Had a really bad arthritic flare-up of the left knee in July-Aug 2023 that was hindering walking and all activities of my daily living. New Horizons PT (Holly) provided wonderful treatment! I was taught therapeutic activities to help with future prevention and have not had any flare-ups - nearly 6 months later.
