Terrible place have called 4 times and left a message and number, lost my job so far trying to get mental help 988 has been trying, personally I feel they should be shut down, I reached out for help and got slapped away, now I’m going to lose my insurance and there goes my chances thanks for showing me I’ll never make it in life and no one cares👎(edit the call line they posted I should call doesn’t even let you try to leave a message, these people are scammers
I had my follow up appointment with Mrs.Edith Loraine Pitts yesterday at 9 am, January 21st. She was very nice and polite, but invalidated my mental and physical health. When informing her what I’ve been professionally diagnosed with, labels I do not wish to have, she made a sly remark about how I may be a hypochondriac - although, again, I’ve been diagnosed these disorders and health condition through out my life. I am incredibly grateful for the team at New Horizons in Columbus. Every appointment is met with genuine kindness and a high level of professionalism. It is clear that the staff and doctors truly care about their patients. The doctors took the time to listen and helped me find the exact medications for my situation. I can honestly say I am living my best life now—what a massive difference! I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone there for their support and expertise.
