The nurse triaging me was gossiping about other employees in front of me. She then asked me “Have you thought about unaliving yourself?” This is extremely unprofessional to be asked such an asinine question. Suicide isn’t a cuss word. I understand this is a government funded facility but you do expect a basic level of professionalism.
It was a nice experience, I got to speak with some very sweet and intelligent women ! They space was clean and very cooling . I have a follow up appointment and I’m actually stoked about returning.
I really enjoy how seen and heard I feel here. The nurses are kind and patient, the environment is inviting, and I’ve already grown to look forward coming in! Thank you all for your attentive and humane service— and for Ms. Raven: You’ve got this!
I had the pleasure of working with New Horizons as a Community Partner for a previous community event. Chloe was an amazing presence and provided the attendees of the event with such important information on the services and resources provided by New Horizons. These collaborations are EXACTLY what the community needs in order to learn more about the resources available to them. Thank you so much New Horizons and Chloe for coming out!
If I could give it half a star I would. Absolute mess of a place, waited 45 minutes just to be told that someone would “come grab me in just a second”. Never was told any updates. Unprofessional, lack of care for patients, and very little respect for people’s time. Especially when they have to leave work just to not even be able to go through with their appointment. An absolute joke
