Flexible and understanding people if you just communicate with them. They're stern sometimes but they make you comfortable enough to communicate them it feels like i’m paying my uncles light bill.

I paid my car off almost 4 months ago and still haven't received it! I have spoken to them 4 or 5 times. This last time they told me that they accidentally released the lean so they couldn't get it and that I had to go to the Florida DMV to get and pay for it.I live in North Carolina! My biggest problem is that they didn't even have the courtesy to call a month ago when they found this out! Very unprofessional!
