I paid my car off almost 4 months ago and still haven't received it! I have spoken to them 4 or 5 times. This last time they told me that they accidentally released the lean so they couldn't get it and that I had to go to the Florida DMV to get and pay for it.I live in North Carolina! My biggest problem is that they didn't even have the courtesy to call a month ago when they found this out! Very unprofessional!
I have a vehicle financed with this company and for the 1st year of my loan had nothing but great service with them. My family has recently fell on difficult times and they for the most part have been helpful until the last couple months. They have put in incorrect promise dates for payments leading to my vehicle being disabled. Whenever you call to find out what’s going on, they have an attitude.
