I cannot say enough good things about my experience at New Horizons Eyewear! Roopy is kind, patient knowledgeable, and professional. He made my eyeglass purchase enjoyable and less of a chore. 100% recommend New Horizons Eyewear!
Staff is very friendly. However, the quality of the lenses are absolutely horrible. I have a very high prescription and my lenses were flat as a board with no curvature whatsoever. If I could attach comparison photos, I absolutely would. This means I could only see looking dead center, straight ahead through the center of the lense. I had very high hopes for this establishment to provide me with excellent lenses (considering the cost was over $1,000 for two sets of lenses, not inclusing the cost of frames). Tiffany went back and put a new nose pad on my glasses in about a minute's time and handed them back with a smile. I really appreciate the help.
I had an amazing experience when I went in to get my glasses tightened. Roopy was fast, efficient, personable, knowledgeable and provided top quality banter and service. Yes i did just go in to get my glasses tightened but he went above and beyond and turned a mundane chore into an enjoyable experience. The negative reviews from this place seem to be from bad experiences from previous management. Give this place a shot. I think it's a cozier place and less busy than Robert's on the parkway
I just can’t say enough in praise regarding the new manager/optician, Roopy. I have always had a difficult time with my glasses, as I have an unusual prescription. One eye is not too bad, the other one is extremely nearsighted and I have a strange base curve. It's a situation. Roopy is the kindest, most patient and knowledgeable optician ever.
