The girls at the front desk aren’t very polite and friendly
My son was seen at the Howard Beach Location, we made it to 3 visits before i understood exactly what they do here. At appointment 3, the internet was out so the therapist took to google to find symptoms of various diagnosis and copied and pasted to her word document- in all sessions the questions are all yes or no. No interest in speaking to my son or understanding our situation. At the end of the questions she said to be diagnosed you need 6 of the symptoms listed and my son only had 3 so i should look out for the symptoms... read more
This place is beyond professional, - Zero star that will be it. PLEASE Don’t come to this Devilish place, the reviews are true, I went for my appointment that was scheduled in Howard Beach, The staff was rude and disrespectful, I had to go to the hospital because of my PTSD attack. They hire employees and Fires them for no reason, I know this is because the wonderful lady that assist me on the phone, was very helpful to me. I’m going to report the whole staff, I suggest you do the same.
