This supported accommodation has always been able to manage complex cases they work very well with service users and ensure the service users live the best quality of life. Avoid this company, they classify themselves as a ‘Care Home’ however they are a supported living firm. Meaning they are not regulated. This reflects on the poor living conditions where building materials bricks, sand and concrete blocks are littered throughout the premises and negligent staff who are incapable of caring for these vulnerable adults which often leads to fights between the service users and building materials and garden furniture being throw at fences and each other.
