A former resident of our facility returned to our care from this place. She is incontinent and was SOAKED IN URINE WITH NO BRIEF ON AND HAS SKIN TEARS! This is borderline neglect and you can expect her family and power of attorney to be notified over this matter. She also said the staff had no manners. I would never take my loved one there. The owner Deniise only cares about money. She admitted a client without ever meeting her. She yelled at discharge planner uncontrollably. She wanted to have a resident be discharged unsafely. Very rude and hostile. Very uninformed.
