I mean you hear a lot of horrible stories about AFH's, but New Hope Senior Care, is not one of them. The hospitality, the cleanliness, and how attentive the staff is , the owner Heidi, is amazing, and this is truly her calling. Heidi my family appreciates you, and all that you do .

I just had Thanksgiving dinner with my mom today at the AFH along with family members. The food was delicious and the hospitality was amazing. My mom has been at the AFH since June 2025 and it has been nothing but wonderful care since her arrival. The care givers are attentive, supportive and caring with every patient. It’s very clean and operated professionally and the care is amazing. My mom is thriving and more alert and responsive since moving in to the AFH. My lifelong friend is a resident of New Hope Senior care in Kent. When I visit her I’m thankful for the warm caring atmosphere of her surroundings. All who care for her are kind and loving, attentive and aware of her needs. The family setting is peaceful, bright and very clean. They provided a safe & healthy environment for her. I’m grateful for her to be there for this part of her journey.
