Friendly staff / volenteers - helped me and my father get nice bikes today.
new hope bikes is not even close to the same as wan it opened its doors. wan it opened it was full of people helping one another and it was GREAT. you could fix your bike with help for 50 bucks. witch i understand can bring trouble. but you try to stick to wut you were trying to do wan you opened. now its just a next bike store trying to milk every dime that walks in the door. this is now the 2nd time i want and was not comfortable with being there at all. last yr i just dealt with it and payed 275 for a tune up. that was me... read more
