This place won’t accept checks for more than $1000, making the customer endure the time and inconvenience to wire the money from their bank instead. Very poor customer service. I’d advise going elsewhere.
New Home Lending Company was wonderful to work with during the build of our new home. We secured a construction loan with their company and went through the building process. Our loan officer, Madison, was so kind and knowledgeable. She was always happy to answer our questions and was so easy to get in touch with. Even after the construction was complete and the loan was refinanced with a different company, Madison has been quick to respond and still so kind and helpful! I would give her more than five stars, if I could!
