Unhelpful and careless staff. Why are most people in New Haven rude and unpleasant? Probably has something to do with this crap establishment.
I have no problem paying my taxes at all, put some of them are extremely rude. Especially one of the guys that answered the phone today on July 10, 2025. He was already angry, not willing to listen or understand their mistake that was made in 2021. I’ve have always paid my taxes no matter the price. I bought a new car and it couldn’t get registered because they failed to tell me it was a bill from 2021 that was $2.67 yes exactly 2 dollars and sixty seven cents.
