Have called 5 times and left message but no response. What else can you expect. It's government office. But they are awesome in sending a letter to charge taxes although live out of the state. Had better luck when writing through email found on their website. Quick response. Problem solved in 24 hours. Thanks to the Administrative Assistant Clerk.
