This place was completely unresponsive for rental car pickup. They gave us a 10am reservation on a Sunday, and the main building did not open until noon. Our family wasted the whole morning calling this place, which was an AI angent, to try to get support. Then we couldn’t find another rental available in town.
Awful service. Called multiple times, left two voicemails during their websites listed hours to no reply. Absolute joke, “first come first serve service”. But they rent golf carts and only have SEVEN. That’s it. Don’t waste your time or money.
