My mom pass away suddenly at this place. One will believe since I trusted this center to cae for my mom that after she passed one will think they still cared. There sympathy protocol for families is not there well was not with the passing of my mom. It's been 4 days and I still have not gotten a sympathy call, card or anything. Also no response to how I can pick up my belongings. The social worker has been very blunt to the point where I dont care to speak with her so I ask for an email on how I can pick up my mom belongings... read more
