The ph number is stuck in a loop! The online website banking doesn’t update on the weekends and they do not reimburse overage fees from an archaic system! Do not not open an account in this inept operation of a bank!! The customer service however is five stars and the workers on the front line are awesome. Management is the weakness at the operational level!
I've been dealing with them since I was a kid. I don't know why I've stayed with them. I also have a St. Mary's Bank account, and they are much better. NHPCU's online banking website is horrible, pretty much all you can do is check your balance, if you can get on, because it doesn't work half the time. 2 locations state wide, and the one in Concord has the worst hours. It's only open 2 days, Monday and Friday 8-2 pm.
I have been with the NHPC since 1986. always the best service and attention for all my needs. great to do business with.
