So I walked into the Lee location and both of the tellers are doing online signups . I sat there for 15 minuets waiting for something that should be done in a office and not be done by the tellers .
It is a very unfriendly place. I've been doing business there for 15 years. Our property borders theirs. They don't even know my name. When they changed their software and my wife was having difficulty, she was told it was her problem. When we asked to speak to the management, we were denied. We are dumping them as soon as we get back for the summer!
