Absolutely horrible company. Terrible communication, repeated calls and mail for a payment already made, and rude phone representatives.

Ms Johnson should take a class on compassion. I hope someday she gets humiliated with a comment basically calling such person as someone who doesn't pay their bills. I own a house, paid off 3 cars, 2 motorcycles etc. I am so disgusted with people who talk down to someone they don't even know.
March 2020.....Tried to mail legal notice to this company at the address listed both on internet search and the same address listed on my credit report...to no avail. Mail returned as "Moved, No forwarding address". Seems shady! A reputable business doesnt hide. I guess they dont want my payment.
