I was having difficulty finding wheelchair transportation on a Saturday since most services only work Monday through Friday (medical appointments). Paul from New Generation brought my aunt to a Saturday wedding while I was already there. He followed the instructions perfectly, all went very well. I'll certainly use them again in the future. If you need help on a Saturday they can help.

Olivia and her staff are fantastic! They were able to accommodate us after hours with no lead time to get a family member to an important appointment. We are very grateful for their continued flexibility and kindness.

Hi Hugh, Want to thank you, and your drivers' for their great service in accommodating us with our round-trip transfer to/from Boston Logan Airport. Both Jason (pickup), and Teo (return) were great drivers, very personable, professional, and on time (early). We will definitely utilize your service again, as well as, advise my client's, as I know most use a car service, so New Generation Transportation would be ideal.
