On May 24, 2023, I made a deposit of $15,000 to Ms. Lucy Nguyen of New Future Immigration for the company to process an LMIA and Work Permit for me and my family. On June 20, 2024, Ms. Lucy requested an additional $9,000 for a trial job and promised to personally take me to the border to obtain the Work Permit. After that, she kept saying that the Work Permit application had been submitted but never provided me with a receipt.
