The tables were as expected. For knock down furniture, the quality of design and materials is very good. They are solid and were very easy to put together. The New Furniture Gallery was easy and efficient to deal with. My only comment would be that there was little to no communication regarding the delivery journey to manage expectations on timing and where the product was in that journey. These day, I think that’s something consumer automatically expect.
Do not purchase anything from this store! My family was considering a bed set but weren’t ready to commit. The salesperson told us the price would go up soon and encouraged us to leave a $100 deposit, reassuring us multiple times that it was fully refundable if we changed our minds. We trusted their word and we left the deposit. A few days later, my family decided not to go through with the purchase and contacted the store. Great customer service.... their very friendly and listens to their customers needs....
I purchased a bedset a few years ago and the leather on the headboard is already wearing off. I called the store about it and I have never experienced so much unprofessionalism and rudeness in my life. They started yelling at me and hung up the phone at the end. Do not shop at this store. They sell cheap furniture and they are full of dishonest people.
