I had a very disappointing experience with Freedom Mortgage. The customer service was horrible; I faced long response times and often felt ignored. Every time I reached out for assistance, I struggled to get clear answers, leading to confusion and frustration throughout the mortgage process. I expected better support. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

I don't recommend this company. They say they want to help veterans but that is not my experience. My loan is current and their loan service department is ok. However, their loss draft department found a loophole to keep your insurance payouts whenever you have a claim. They're predatory. I experienced a loss due to flooding over a year ago and when my insurance payed out, they kept my insurance payout and told me that they won't release the money until the job is mostly completed. They told me to take out a loan to cover th... read more

The absolutely WORST customer service!!!!!! Do Not trust this company with your mortgage EVER. They will lie and deceit you and destroy you!!!!
