Their boasts and statements of their services ring hollow with me based on my experience. I went to their office to get advice and help concerning an inquiry from the IRS on a 2018 tax return they prepared for me. Now after 4 weeks and FIVE attempts to get an answer I still have heard nothing. Four of those five attempts was actually speaking to a person promising that they would get back to me.
