This individual's very rude on the phone
This was an awful experience that almost cost me my job. If I could give no stars I would. My line manager tasked me with the hiring of a company to produce a new corporate video and after talking with a few companies in Tucson I chose New Era Productions because their site looked ok and the owner, Rich, got back in touch quickly. Within minutes actually, (which, looking back should have been a warning). Rich talked a good game, and assured me that everything would be "great, we have sooo much experience." Rich at New Era Productions is awesome. He and his ram are very professional, they showed up on time to my wedding and captured every special moment! They are also very reasonably priced and one of their packages includes a clip to be posted on Facebook the day after the wedding so that people who could not make it to the wedding can still feel like they were there, I was EXTREMELY HAPPY with the end results.
