We book a load with a FCFS pick up time at 3pm. My driver was 1.5hrs away. At 11am they said if they didn't see his tracker moving, since he was at this drop and that they would reclaim the load if he didn't move within 15 min. Per the RC we had until 3pm with an ETA of 1pm. We were within the 4 corners of the contract. They said that since our truck wasn't moving they didn't trust us to pick up the load even though we agreed to terms and would be almost 2 hours early. Ended up cancelling the load.
