POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... NO DIRECT NUMBER, WANTS CUSTOMERS TO GET ON ''INSTAGRAM'' JUST TO ASK WHAT'S IN STOCK. INSULT TO ENERGY... WHEN YOU WALK IN THE STORE, THEY'RE USUALLY DOING ABSOLUTELY NADA.
FEDEX makes mistake and delivers to the wrong address, New Era does not care about rectifying the situation and told me to get with my bank and dispute the charge. No phone support for customer service and you wait days for an email response.

Great store and great staff; if you're a hat person you'll be like a kid in a candy store (comment I made while there). The man who helped me (Kyle, if I remember his name correctly) made the walk to and the visit to the store worth it.
