New Era lmao. Ships the wrong item. Tells the customer it’s their responsibility to get the hat returned. Only then can they provide a refund for the item they sent incorrect. So naturally when asked to cover shipping cost, new era says they will refund my initial shipping cost and I can use that. Wait what? You are already obligated to refund me that shipping if you are forcing me to return the item? Such a joke.

New Era took my money instantly for Order US4416768, but never delivered my hats. FedEx confirmed both packages were at the Henderson, NV facility (less than 5 miles from me). One arrived on 9/6, the other on 9/9. Instead of releasing them, New Era changed the address of one box mid-shipment ( at 5:55 AM on 9/9) to Mentor, Ohio — a mall that happens to have TWO LARGE LID STORES.
