ordered 3 hats. box was damaged...fedex...thats what happens when you use fedex...one hat fine. 2nd hat a little put of shape but fine. 3rd hat has a straight up crease in the middle of the flat brim. you had one shot. you chose fedex. ill never order from you again. i ordered one from lids. came UPS. perfect. i have another on the way from another company. usps...the most reliable delivery service is just the regular usps. but you chose fedex. now i have a damaged hat that it unwearable. your customer service is terrible. n... read more
Wish I can zero star this. went into this store with a lot of money and walked out with nothing. Garbage selection. The hat I had on would blow every hat in that store out the water.
Great and helpful staff. Huge selection between sports and non sports.
