This place ain't what it used to be. Bought a hot tub from them 3 years ago. "Yeah we have the best warranty" is what they tell you when you're giving them $11k for a hot tub but when things go bad.....and they will, watch out! Their warranties mean nothing. Our cover started to retain water and it was still under warranty but there's $200 warranty fee lol. The jets stop working but it's still under warranty....well we have a $200 service fee. And when something is near the end of the warranty they say it just cheaper to buy... read more
We have had a hot tub from NE Spas for several years and have worked with many people across the company. Jeff and Bruce were awesome during the ordering phase, and Ruben has been a rock star valet technician for us the last several years. Recently, we had our first real emergency. Our motorized cover got stuck in the elevated position the night before -20F wind chills and 2 days before a 2 foot storm. I had a fantastic experience at Spa Tech. They really prepared me well for the state boards, and the instructors were amazing! They were very knowledgeable and always there to help. The staff was also super supportive!
Great product line, excellent customer service!
