Had the Finnelo S820 Infrared Sauna delivered and installed by Daniel,Nick,Tony and Jack. They were very pleasant efficient and informative. Great job and love my Sauna. And a shout out to Alex for helping me select this model.
Excellent experience with New England Spas all around. Phong was a great help answering all my questions and finding the right spa for us. Dennis coordinated very quick delivery. Anthony, Aneurys, and Jose did a great job delivering the spa and tidying up the area afterwards. Very impressed and satisfied with New England Spas, highly recommend!
The team of movers Antony, Aneurys, Nick, and Jose were excellent! They came on time, got the job done with efficiency, professionalism and amazing customer service. They doubled checked all measurements to ensure the highest quality. They were kind and thorough. I highly recommend this team if you need your hot tub moved!!
Had a great experience with NE Spas. We shopped and purchased in Natick. Our service contact and saleswoman was Vicki who was absolutely wonderful. She gave us all the info and more to make a solid purchase -- the Chelsea. We also had NE Spas prepare our hard-scaping pad before delivery - what an amazing team!! Extremely hardworking and respectful. All in all a great experience and we're enjoying our hot tub!!!
