Phong assisted us to pick out the perfect spa for our needs. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and was sure we were properly trained to care for our new purchase. I highly recommend him if you are interested in purchasing a tub or sauna!
Great job Very pleased Smooth set up and communication
I bought my spa 2.5 years ago through Phong and he was a pleasure to work with at the time, but I am writing this review because I have been highly impressed with the quality of service since then. While Phong was helpful in choosing the correct spa for me and my family, I've been blown away by the responsiveness any time I have reached out, and how helpful he (and the rest of the staff an NE Spa) have been with any/all of our spa needs. Thank you!
Austin, Nick, Dan, and Peluis did an amazing job installing our sauna! They made sure it was perfectly clean and triple checked that it was level and that the door was working properly! Great work!
