Dan, Josh and Jose were professional and knowledgeable about the spa. They called with an ETA and were on time. They did everything we expected and were very efficient. They sorted the packing by recyclable and non recyclable and brought it to the garage for us. It was really a pleasure working with them and highly recommend NE Spas.
