Joe Heymann of New England Spas, Auburn, MA is a experienced and enthusiastic "triple A" Salesperson. He has the attitude of a "no pressure sales pitch" by presenting the Spa products as competitive elite quality, without going overboard with selling. His approach was to ask us what we were looking for in a spa so that he could connect and work with us on the best fit for our desires rather than to first show us spas on the showroom floor. He is very passionate and posses expert knowledge about the products he represents. Next, he has the aptitude of presenting the products and allowing one the opportunity of asking questions in order to form a relaxed rapport. He actually takes the time to listen with focused genuine concern without overtaking the conversation. Then, he has the ability of allowing "we" the consumers the hands on testing of the functions and feel of physical contour of the tub while he presents the spas advantages. His awareness, integrity, excitement, and his passion was like he's just selling his first spas and want to win the consumer over with the products not the pitch. Interestingly, Joe did not try to up-sale us on the highest grade in the Sundance 880 Marin Series Spa line we chose; we actually loved the spa and requested the top line. Much to our surprise when the hot tub was delivered on "scheduled time", we found that we received a newer model than we had purchased without any additional up-charges. The delivery persons were very timely, efficient and installed our spas with professionalism and care. In closing Joe, did not have to convince us to buy a spas, he was developmental in authentically connecting with us and showing us what might work best for us. We recommend anyone that is interested in buying a new spa/hot tub please reach out to Joe and he will provide you personable "triple A" service. Respectfully, Todd and Maureen

We purchased a Tiger hot tub from New England Spas in Auburn. After shopping around for several weeks for a spa, we were most impressed with the wide selection of hot tubs in their Auburn showroom, the very knowledgeable sales associates, and their prices! They even invited us to try out one of the set up tubs in the showroom! After delivery, our sales associate, Denise, helped us set up the tub and answer any questions and concerns, and even followed up with a phone call days later. After their instructions, we felt confident in caring for the tub, and still purchase our maintenance supplies from them. There is rarely a day that goes by that the tub does not get used by at least one member of our family. We would recommend New England Spas to anyone in the market for a hot tub and we would recommend a hot tub to anyone looking to melt away the everyday stresses of life!
