My experience with NE Medical Group has been great. Friendly, attentive staff that checks in weekly via text and easy communication. I'm able to text any questions/concerns and hear back the same day. The text communication is my preference but I believe they're also available via email or phone. I also appreciate their proactive communication around pharmacy changes. I pick up my meds monthly from the office, so I don't worry about meds getting ruined if delivered via mail.
