I think if you want to change and are motivated to follow their diet strategies then this plan will work for you. I did lose some weight but it was a real struggle while always feeling hungry. The drops did not seem to curb my appetite and the amount of water I had to drink was not conducive to my employment meaning I can't just go the bathroom whenever I feel like it. I just joined NEFL 2 weeks ago. I have accomplished a portion of my weight loss, that I couldn't get it off going to the gym and working with a train is. NEFL is my miracle. Michelle and Derrick along with Kevin are so supportive. So glad I decided to join well worth the money. RESULTS RESULTS IS ALL I SEE
