My mom is at Storypoint Beechmont. I talked to her today and cannot help but rate this facility 1star, mainly because of the food. Staff has told her that they can eat there for free but choose not to because of the food is not good. I see other review responses that say they are upgrading the culinary service but it has only gotten worse over the 9 months my mom has been there. Yesterday dinner was delivered. I have two different family members living here, and the dining experience has been consistently disappointing. The food being served does not match the sample menu on the website. On top of that, they are frequently out of menu items, and residents wait far too long to receive their meals. This level of service is unacceptable. A simple solution would be to have residents pre order their meals a week in advance. Writing on behalf of my Grandma. She loves the activities and going to the activities and she’s so grateful that she’s able to have her dog with her. But she hates the wait time for lunch and dinner in the dining room. She gets down there on time but sits for an hour waiting for the food to come out

I truly enjoyed my tour of StoryPoint Senior Living!! Trisha Colwell did an amazing job showing me the facility and all its amenities!! I loved it and it's a matter of me getting older and leaving Oakley before I get into a Senior Care facility!! I highly recommend everyone checking out StoryPoint Senior Living!!
