My parents have lived in this community since Dec 2023. The office staff, activities folks, dining staff and maintenance crew are very engaged and seem to genuinely enjoy serving the residents. The GM and assistant GM are very approachable. The grounds are well kept and beautiful, especially the ponds in the back. The only thing that has room for improvement is the consistency of the housekeeping services. Otherwise, I'm so glad that my parents have a safe and social place to live in their senior years.
I would like to compliment the staff at storypoint cincinnati. They are extremely helpful to me and my husband. The entire community is fabulous and everyone is so caring. If I could them a 10 out of 10.... I would give them an 11. I'm so grateful to be here.
I came in with preconceived expectations and everyone of them can be thrown out the door. I have to say, I was absolutely blown away by what I saw on my tour. StoryPoint was clean, modern, vibrant, full of happy people, petted a therapy dog, and had a enlightening tour with Trisha Colwell. Each apartment has a patio or a balcony which would allow us to put a few plants out there with a couple of chairs.
