Bruce and his crew led me thru the diagnostics of my comfort built pellet stove over the phone to make sure, i didn't order and spend money on parts that were not needed they then confirmed the problem over the phone. They were able to help me get stove running even though it needs sensors. Thank you thank you our home is warm and will be installing parts tom afterwork. Yes stove it's in safe mode tonight but we have heat. Would not have been able to do without the help of Bruce and his amazing staff.

I had New England Chimney Sweeps & Masons come out today to clean and inspect my chimney. Prompt, efficient, professional service, very reasonably priced and friendly... They didn't try to upsell in any way, they just told me what I might need in the future. Looking forward to working with them again!
If you are looking to buy something, this store is fine. However, if you need anything after your purchase this store will leave you high and dry. Chimney cleaning? Warranty issue? Any service of any kind? They'll never return your call, even if you leave multiple messages. I would have never purchased my stove here if I knew their follow up was so horrible. Would never do business again.
