I’ve had them out to the house before and recently reached out for information about my chimney and possibly to schedule some work. Despite making three calls over the past two weeks requesting photos and details, I haven’t received a single response. It’s disappointing to be ignored after being a prior customer.
I NEED TO MAKE THIS A NEGATIVE 10 for this company. I WOULD NEVER recommend them to anyone, EVER. Got an estimate near the end of Sept this year, waited for 4 weeks to have an interior chimney removed from the attic to the basement. My quote was for $850.00, almost all other quotes were $3000. When he came in so low it should have been a warning flag. They should up on Oct 23rd, ran tarps and thick cardboard all over looked in the attic and told me they had to go back to shop to get some planks and a respirator. They finally... read more
Great place to get a stove highly reccommend!
When we first bought our wood stove insert they were great, however once it was installed that is where the greatness stopped. Work that was promised with the purchase of the stove on a couple of bricks on the chimney has been delayed time and time again going on over two years with one excuse after another with me always having to try and track them down to reschedule every time that they have canceled.
