I'VE NEVER HAD CONTACT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WAS THIS POOR. WE WERE DISRESPECTED, YELLED AT BELLIGERENTLY, HUNG UP ON MULTIPLE TIMES, DOWNGRADED WHICH IS BEYOND EXCEPTABLE! OUR STAFF HANDLED THE SITUATION VERY CALMLY CONSIDERING THE CIRCUMSTANCES BY TWO FEMALE EMPLOYEES. AS AN OWNER OF OUR COMPANY I WOULD ONLY HOPE TO BE IMFORMED OF THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR SO I CAN BE SURE THAT IT IS STOPPED IMMEDIATLY.
