Quality is very poor. Do not recommend.
Product arrived damaged with an obvious scratch on it. When contacted for a return/refund, I was offered only a $100 refund (when I paid close to $900) and $85 of that would’ve covered shipping costs for their couriers to pick it up. Will never purchase from them again.
Absolutely obsessed with my new pendant lamp and mirror from this store! As creating the right atmosphere is essential—and these pieces have transformed my workspace into a serene, elegant haven that makes me look forward to working every day. Huge praise for their incredible product curation and seamless service: from helpful sales support to smooth delivery, the entire team was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Beware. EDIT: What a cop out response from the business below. Asking me to contact them for a resolution - how about you reply to the last 2 emails I sent, or return my phone call as I requested several times? For anyone else experiencing this, I recommend simply doing a card chargeback. I'm really disappointed with my experience with Artspire Gallery.
