Beware. EDIT: What a cop out response from the business below. Asking me to contact them for a resolution - how about you reply to the last 2 emails I sent, or return my phone call as I requested several times? If I could 0.1 of a star I would and that would just be on the basis that at least they answer the phone. I placed an order for a $400+ print on 06/02 with an expected shipping 10-12 days later. It is now 03/03 and after many calls with little assistance aside from the consistent "it'll ship tomorrow", I've had no other update on my purchase. When requesting a refund I was hung up on by the only person that seems to work there. Do NOT place an order with these guys.
Beware. I'm really disappointed with my experience with Artspire Gallery. The artwork arrived with the frame broken clean apart and scratched, and the canvas itself was not stretched properly. It sagged heavily, and the excess material in the corners was bunched, folded and stapled visibly instead of being made with any care. To their credit, they initially responded quickly and arranged a time to collect the piece for repair. Unfortunately, no one showed up on the agreed day. Purchased the marshmellow bed and the mattress slats base is too small for the bed and one side of the mattress is always bent and touching the floor so it can’t be used. They ended up sending me temporary support legs so it can be used and the legs were too high for the base and didn’t work, I contacted them asking for a solution and after sending them photos that they requested they didn’t end up getting back to me. Whilst the product matches the description, the customer service is abysmal. No one answers the phone, no one returns your calls and all communication is via emails. Delayed delivery - with misleading information as to when it would arrive, pushing the days into weeks with no reasons as to why. Gave me false times when it would be delivered resulting in a day off work to only having to go to their showroom on st kilda road, apologies were given but no real care.
