If you're after luxury and top quality, steer clear. I ordered a white TV unit for $1300, but they sent me a black one. When I mentioned the mistake, they claimed I chose the wrong colour. No problem, I paid another $110 for delivery. The second time, they delivered a damaged unit scratches on top and drawers that were completely misaligned and non-adjustable. A warning that the staff here are unprofessional. They do not acknowledge customers or assist them and the store is unwelcoming. Each time I have gone the staff are either eating takeaway behind the counter or on their phones. I was interested in a custom sofa but not after this experience. Also, most of the home decor is drop shipped so keep in mind you are paying a massive markup on items that are made in China and able to be purchased from Alibaba or Aliexpress
