I recently sold a home and the buyer used New Dominion Mortgage. I have purchased and sold a number of homes. This was the worse experience I've had in over 20 years of buying/selling properties. The closing on the home was 15 days after the agreed upon closing date. When I was finally able to speak to someone about the delay, I had a horrendous conversation with an obnoxious loan officer who blamed someone else in the company for the delays.
