I was underwhelmed by the email communication. It was a bit of a 'claim to fame' when Ken told me to go through ICBC instead of providing an estimate 🙄. And than gives me a " thumbs up" emoji 🙄
We asked New Design to refurbish a sofa that we were considering getting rid of. The final piece looks phenomenal and both Kevin and Ken handled a very difficult delivery with professionalism and efficiency. Best upholstery shop on Vancouver island, highly recommend.
