No surprise to hear they were pushing gift certificates knowing that they were going out of business. Cheryl and Carolyn are not good people, not honest people, and have no shame or conscience. Beatrice and the esthetics department ran very differently with ethics and decency.
have been trying forever to make an appointment. I have a gift certificate that needs used. I finally ride by to find out they no longer exist. Don't they owe customers money back on certificates not used or at least a call about shutting down and how to redeem certificates. Bad business practices, no wonder they went under.
