The tellers actually know your name and you actually feel like a member unlike other credit unions
I am a new member and may amend my rating later. For now, I am giving them 3 stars because I was enrolled by default into a transfer program where my money was moved out of my checking into my savings. I do not recall seeing anything about this on any form I signed, nor was it mentioned to me by the CU rep who started my membership. Either way, this should never be a default setting for new members with a financial institution. This transfer nearly caused a failed/declined transaction.
