Working with Nereyda was all fine and dandy until it wasn’t. Out of no where she stop responding to my outreach attempts and didn’t return my phone calls, after my tax return was rejected. I had to call and consult with the IRS on how to rectify the rejected return, telling her what to do to by pass the form and what next steps are required to complete. I absolutely love doing my taxes here! Nereyda and her team are so amazing and thorough with their work and will do everything they can to help you get the best outcome. They speak both English and Spanish so it is very accessible and great for the Latino community. Everyone here is very kind and understanding :)
I found this notary by chance after my regular place on Stratford stopped doing notary. When I called No one answered, but I got a call back within 30 minutes and I was told they were open until 5pm. The lady was very accommodating, helpful and fast. She did not give my mom a hard time for being nervous, I’m very pleased with the service I received and I would recommend this place to any and everyone.
Definitely the best place to do our taxes. Nereyda helped us out, and found the best credits for my family! Recommended for everybody no matter easy/complex tax situations
