Use to come here back in the day when you were allowed walk ins it was great, now no more. Majority of the time its over the phone. And I was told that the waiting period is 2 weeks long to get your taxes done. Because of Covid-19 no one is allowed inside the building. Your told to turn in your stuff and then leave they will call you when there done. So end up finding another tax service place. Able to get it done on same day.
