I emailed requesting Bussiness P&L and Balance Statement and NEVER got a response. I just included my attorney on the email and not a word of acknowledgment from ANYONE at New Century Tax Pros. It is Tuesday (May 13,2036) at 9:47am and their office is NOT open. They don’t post hours and it is really disappointing. I called their business line and not event a VM, it rang 10X and not even an answering service. Are you still in business or have all employees left? Please respond.

Save your self a headache! She’s way to busy to help with your taxes. First couple of years I filed with her w no problem but these last two years have been HORRIBLE. Disrespectful staff on the phone and when she’s under stress she can be very disrespectful too! Even with three weeks in advanced couldn’t do my 2022 taxes on time. She was supposed to file an extension for my 2021 taxes because I brought them late, OK, my bad! She never told me that I had some missing paperwork until 7 months later. My family came here for years and had really good experience with her dad, but she is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Mental health issues is real! I recommend her to go and get it check out.
