Great service and very knowledgeable!
Save your self a headache! She’s way to busy to help with your taxes. First couple of years I filed with her w no problem but these last two years have been HORRIBLE. Disrespectful staff on the phone and when she’s under stress she can be very disrespectful too! Even with three weeks in advanced couldn’t do my 2022 taxes on time. She was supposed to file an extension for my 2021 taxes because I brought them late, OK, my bad! She never told me that I had some missing paperwork until 7 months later. My family came here for years and had really good experience with her dad, but she is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Mental health issues is real! I recommend her to go and get it check out.
Very bad customer service, Don’t come here ! We came to this location for the past few years ; we gave her the tax return info last year 2021, but it was delayed for a year, then a year later , She emailed us that our tax was done ; we went pick it up , but the owner said “ we have it done , but we are not going to give it back to you because of your rude comment on Google review “.
