Regular user, excellent service and reasonably priced
I used New Century Express for the fist time on items I purchased at auction. They were responsive to my inquiry. THey kept me updated as the items were picked, packed and shipped. Their pricing was reasonable. The best part, When the package arrived, the items were extremely well packed. There was no way those item were going to be damaged in transit. I disposed of 2 heavy boxes and three full trash bags of packing peanuts. All of these items were late 19th century items. I will use them again on my next auction purchase.
James is impressively responsive often supplying quotes and replying to enquiries late at night. Also, his packaging is second to none ensuring that even delicate items survive the journey in good condition.
