My experiences with New Century Bank have been stellar. Over the past 2 years, I have had significant interactions with at least 5 or 6 employees of the bank, and they have all been courteous, helpful, professional and competent. When they have been busy, they're apologized for taking a day to get back to my inquiries or requests, which is almost unheard of. I (client) was a fairly unique, BUT very difficult loan to be completed, especially that I live in New Jersey, and the bank is in Kansas. That said, the bank President Alan Lierz, personally responded to my desperate needs to obtain a mortgage to "reacquire" my home.
