Horrible service. The team is lazy, doesn’t rake responsibility and are very rude. No clue how they are still in business. Avoid at all costs. I used them for years but our rep retired a couple years back and since then they have gone into complete free fall.

I was able to find New Century Associate, an accounting firm company located in Mount Airy, MD. They have been phenomenal in submitting quarterly tax reports on time and completing annual filings on time. My accountant also provides general support relating to taxes as needed. The team is very knowledgeable and efficient! I highly recommend this accounting firm to anyone needing their service!
Never have felt so ignored after we paid for work that was not done correctly. Previous account at new century associates that I used and loved retired unfortunately. Shout out Bill Todd I miss you. Was 4 star business but now I’ve lost all confidence and not sure why a mistake made on their part is not a priority to be corrected so my family can be supported by a necessary return.
