While the doctor I see is excellent, with a pleasant demeanor and strong bedside manner, the same cannot be said for the secretarial staff. The front desk team is consistently unprofessional. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they often speak with an attitude that makes it clear they view patient calls as an inconvenience. Only cause it's convenient for me to go to appointments, I've been there 25 years. 66 years in this location currently.
I've been going here for decades. Took my children too. Have always gotten quality care.
I believe this office does they're best for patients young and old. Everyone does their part and very blessed to have Dr. Homison be our family physician. He is a kind, gentle, understanding and profound doctor who listens and doesn't treat you like a number. Ty Primary Health for your hard work and pleasant atmosphere.
