I purchased a home mortgage with New Carlisle Federal and it was immediately sold to Central Mortgage Co of Arkansas. CMC has numerous hidden surcharges and shady practices. I am disappointed they would do business with this type of company. Do not go through New Carlisle Federal Savings Banks for a home loan.
