I miss New Buffalo Savings Bank. First they change the phone system so that it always says “experiencing high call volumes at this time” just so they can keep you on hold until it’s convenient for them, they can’t ALWAYS be experiencing high call volumes that’s an absolute lie, and Now we have to make an appointment to come in? This is ridiculous. I think I might be closing my account and opening one at fifth third across the street. All around TCU has disappointed me when in comparison to NBSB.
