Horrible very unprofessional, unorganized, careless, rude, and aggressive. I had to go there for an assessment from idrc. Nothing but a one time visit. I was told when I called to make the appointment with the receptionist who is very disgustingly rude by the way, that Idrc would have to send them my paperwork before I come in for the appointment.
